Anything in Nikon RF/ or Contax RF mount will fit Kiev.
Probably the best options are Cosina Voigtlaender lenses in Nikon mount. They make 28/3.5; 25/4 and 21/4. None are cheap but the alternatives are vintage collectibles for about the same money or more.
With patience, you can find a chrome-barrel Nikkor 28/3.5 for under $300 in user condition.
The Orion 28/6 was made in Kiev/Contax mount (I have one). Optically not terrific but it's main advantage is that the size is tiny and it's practically weightless. Scale focusing with no RF coupling, and the Soviet viewfinders aren't all that great.
Zeiss made a 28/8 during the 1930s. Based on some postings on this forum a few years ago, it was really an old-fashioned lens that doesn't hold up today.
Zeiss also made the renouned 21mm f/4.5 Biogon in Contax mount, readily available but usually well over $400. A very heavy chrome and brass lens that is optically one of he best lenses ever made.
