I like this idea.
My Moo cards just have my name, my mobile number and one word - "Lightmancer". It's the name I use on Blogger, Twitter and Flickr, and it also describes what I do.

I think that it's best to have a simple card design nicely printed on quality stock, just black ink on white. I have a logo design on my card but no photographs. I think that it comes across as more professional that way. A top graphic designer by the name of Jon Craine designed my logo and my card layout back in the early seventies. He's the guy who designed all of Polaroid's packaging back then. I've never felt a need to change it.
