pure dumb luck, my friend
here goes a mild (?) tangent leap in mid-thread... it was the mention of : duct tape...aarrghh!!
...whenever/wherever i travel i carry orange (color) duct tape (partial roll wrapped around a reversable philllips & flat tip screwdriver), a small role of 2" clear tape, vise grips (regular&needle nose), 10 meters of nylon cord (smallish diameter) 50 meters monofilament line, a leatherman multi-tool, one large trashbag, assortment of ziplock bags, short & long wire ties, a red & black sharpie, a pocket size a swiss army knife and one of my assorted folding knives w/partial serrated blade, a few clothes pins, and foam earplugs... if i'm flying this all goes in checked baggage - i really don't want to go to a private room and have a 'conversation" with THEM...
thank you for indulging me...like i tell my wife "i don't travel light, but i travel well"...well, when we can afford to travel ...
