King - Regula IIIb Info

I just saw one of this in a pawn shop, seems pretty fine.

I had a King-Regula Sprintomatic Whatevernumber-Whateverletter. A very simple camera, nothing special about it. Had a lightmeter though.
It was in pretty beat-up stage. I would consider it only for parts such as screws etc. to use in other cameras.
See it at the bottom half of the attachment. Sorry for bad quality pic.

The IIIb might be better something, dunno.

Interesting links, GHM! My first 35mm camera was a Regula; must have been mid-1963 and I don't recall the model. I think it had a light meter without flipup cover, and no RF but my recollection of it is really faint. Don't know what happened to it either, but the next camera was a Petriflex V. I wouldn't mind identifying what model that was and then seeking one out...
