I just found this very informative article on the LOMO web-site (via a facebook link) and want to give it a try:

It looks like using Caffenol-C-M and washing with neutral water keeps the pH in a range that softens the remjet layer so it can be easily removed by just washing the film with water, no scrubbing needed. Finally a more easy workable solution for the remaining stash of KR64 ! 🙂
