Hey all,

I just got through mixing my first batch of kodak fixer and hypo-clear. The 'wonderful' visual instructions on these packages really suck.

The package was supposed to equal out to 3.8 liters... well I goofed up and only had 3 liters mixed together in the beginning. The temps were right and everything.

Well I realized it about five minuters later that I had messed up as the bottles were not filled to the top.

So, I dumped the contents back into a mixing container and added the exta 0.8 liters of water (again at the right temperture). I did it for both the fixer and hypo-clear.

So do you think that the mixtures are ok? I hope it didnt screw them up. If so then I'll have to dump them and go buy new fixer/hypo. 🙁

Please tell me its all ok. Eeee.

Are you sure you didn't mix up the bottles?. Which one is hypoclear and which one is fixer. Be sure to check. And no I don't think it will matter if you did it right. It probably wouldn't matter much if used the way you first mixed it.

it's like mixing kool-aid - as long as the powder is dissolved in the right amount of water, you did it right 🙂
