I guess it depends on what the UK pension plan will to do with the two units. Its options are run them or sell them in part or in whole. It doesn't sound like Kodak cares what happens with it. If they continue the film business, will they need to pay Kodak a licensing fee for use of the Kodak name? Or is that part of the agreement?
