It is very clean except for a some rub marks on the edges of the base plate. The glass is clean and it works perfectly. I have a second one that is in simular condition but won't stop down like it should (it acts like it does not have a battery in it) I was going to put them on ebay is the reason I asked about price.

I usually assess current values by doing a "completed auctions" search on Ebay, but that only goes back so far. Seems like these have come down some recently, but the last few selling for less than $150. Actually, has anyone else noticed that everything has come down in the very recent past? I was jealous and horrified to see a Fuji 670 sell for $380--about half of what it sold for even a couple months ago. Good luck with your sale.

We're all light!
When I got my Auto S3 off the 'Bay a year and a half ago, I paid about $135. Mechanically it was near-perfect, cosmetically Very Good. Paid $80 for a CLA at Nippon Camera Repair (what actually prompted the CLA was dropping the camera and having the meter needle disappear...of course, they gave the camera the once-over), including modifying the camera to work with a silver-oxide battery instead of the original mercury variety. That mod would raise the value a bit.
