Hi everyone,

I have a Konica ii that I have serviced and cleaned as both the shutter and lens aperture were stuck. All good so far. Disassembled and then re-assembled when I hit a problem. On disassembly there was a small lever that seemed to sit on top of the timer linked to a small holding wire. Somehow this wire has gone (have no idea where as I strip and assemble on a white surface and nothing has fallen). I could really do with a copy of something like the compur service manual,(which I have) but for the konirapid MFX. Any clues or even help with any pictures of a disassembly of this that will help me solve and/or replace this part. I can’t see exactly what this rocker does and compulsion don’t seem to have, neither did Konica i Konirapid guts

I wonder if that mysterious part was supposed to prevent the "T" function being used unless the shutter was set to "B". I recently encountered just such an interlock on an Agfa camera which prevents self-timer from being cocked if lens was set to "B", but it had me puzzled for quite some time.

So this is the part. It is the p\iece sitting atop the timer unit. Below is a screw that has a gap where I supect the missing wire went. I need to replace this wire to hold the part in place and allow it to rock. Maybe the T function mentioned. ANy clues or help from a user with a similar set upninside their shutter #JeffS7444? Didi
