Konica MG and/or MG/D?

I just picked up a Konica MG/D for way too much money. I have always had a soft spot for Konica cameras and wanted to see how its point and shoots perform (I have owned a Hexar AF for nearly 2 decades and also love my Auto S3). Anyone have any experience with them? What do you think? Also, why are the 2.8 Konica Big Minis SO EXPENSIVE?

I've just done a quick search for the manual and the butkus site came up, unfortunately they don't have any.

Just thought I'd reply in case anyone who could help missed the thread.

No manual that I can find, but it looks simple enough. An old thread on RFF praises the quiet operation of the camera.
