CONTAXED

Hello,
Can anyone please tell me how to remove the film advance lever from the top plate of a Konica S2. On mine there is a blank cap without the usual 2 pin holes to remove the cap in order to remove the lever from its shaft. The cap will spin for approx. 1/8 of a turn before a spring stops further travel. Butchery is not an option!

Hi, I think you'll just need to unscrew the top cap further, I remember it just unscrews straight out.

I got a good grip on mine with a thin rubber sheet and it should be just hand tight.

Once at late night with camera in hands I were desperate and used rubber boot. If it works then why not

I have a problem and I come to you to please help me. I have a camera Konica TC Autoreflex that transporting the film shoot and not have to transport it back to firing. A roll of 36 photos I lose up to 12 or more. Spend two or three shots before the camera, "charge" to shoot. I found your link http://rick_oleson.tripod.com/index-49.html but not where the problem is. I appreciate your time and help Thanks.
