Steamer, the Korean War is so last year.... ;- )
the photography ain't last year tho; some touching shots of the Korean kids..
BTW; does the Ridgeway shot make anyone else think of Don Rickles?

I believe the S ran from 51-55. We don't know what he was shooting because he's not the guy with the Nikon in the first picture, where they say the correspondent was on the ground from 1950 and shot these photos with a "rare color camera."

it was a rare camera that only could be used with colour film.

hahahahhaha yes, so rare it probly was a Leica IIIC with Nikon lenses on it lol!!!!!

i bought a Nikon s2 back in 2005, with it were 3 rolls of film from the Korean war, the film is 24x36. (not taken with the Nikon S2) The images are of the Korean POW being transported by ship to the island Koje Do , the support ship was the USS Seminole.

ps. if anyone knows anyone who served on the USS Seminole have them contact me through the email system on this website.
