Lab v Lens

I have just had seven rolls of various C41 film processed Fuji 400/Ilford XP2 with up to 3/4 frames damaged. Any advise on this regarding processing or is camera & lens problem.

Sorry to say, but this looks like burn holes in the shutter. Can you check your camera visually ? (Assuming you are referring to "The Rother")

If you only care about function and not re-sale, it's pretty easy and cheap to fix yourself with "liquid rubber". You should see the holes though ... typically a burnt shutter curtains (check both) has spots that look a bit golden. When you check against a strong light source you might even see the hole. Don't ask me how I know ....
