I came back for the first time in two years and managed to take a few pictures here and there.

You did some stuff with the X100 that would not have been possible (not exactly this way, in any case) with a Leica M - I am thinking of the closeup picture (reflection in sunglasses).
I have made my peace with the 0.7m limit of Leica M2 and Summaron, but there is no denying that you miss some pictures...

thank you, I'm not overly satisfied with the set, it's good to hear some other voices in the choir.

Now, in effect isn't the point of focus (the legs) maybe a meter away? I've done some shots like that with my M3.You did some stuff with the X100 that would not have been possible (not exactly this way, in any case) with a Leica M - I am thinking of the closeup picture (reflection in sunglasses).

Great set of pictures, Simon! Are they all X100?

My first thought, too, but the hair over her ear looks like closer focus than you can get with RF lenses.

I actually thought the same thing when I decided to take the shot, but the glasses aren't flat so the focus point is indeed somewhere in between 12 and 25cm and the reflection is also somewhat distorted.

I've got two or three rolls of medium format that I shot as well, will develop and maybe post some more here in a bit.

I very good serie. N°2 and 10 are the real winner, of course according to my taste!
