My wife wants a large, 20-inch x 4-feet, panoramic printout of the photo below that I recently took in Argentina because it has a great sentimental value for her (she grew up in Argentina). The scan is stitched together from three 35mm negatives and is a 80MB TIF file which hopefully has enough resolution.
Any ideas where I could get such a panorama printed?

These prints are done with a wide-format inkjet printer using roll paper. The width of the print is limited by the printer's width but if you use paper that comes on a roll, there isn't much limit to the length of the print.

Good big canvas prints from CanvasPop.
Also, really nice metal prints at AdoramaPix (biggest I've made is 20x30").

I notice 20x40 price has three prices depending on paper.
Ask them, probably 20x48 could quote for you.

I'd think you could find somewhere in the DC area that does large prints. If not, call PhotoUSA in Roanoke, it's one of their specialties.

Desperate but not serious
if you're looking to do this in B&W, you should try Cone

They make their B&W inks after all.

They can also do mounting and framing if you need it. Talk to Jeff Salava.

Your pano has a 3:1 aspect ratio, so 20x60" would seem more appropriate.
If you want prints on real silver halide photo paper rather than inkjet prints, look for a lab that has Durst, Cymbolic/Océ Lightjet or one step down in quality ZBE Chromira printers. Finding one that has true B&W paper as an option will be tougher, but worth it for the better archival qualities and sharper image.
