My wife suggested Santa to bring me that book i was waiting for: "A seventh man" by John Berger and Jean Mohr. Published first in 1975 is about migrant workers in Europe and is interesting both for the words and for the photos.

Received some Christmas gifts.

The classic Cafe Lehmitz by Anders Petersen.
Spirit is a Bone by Broomberg & Chanarin.

and lastly Censorship Daily by Jan Dirk van der Burg. A visually very interesting insight in to how imported newspapers were censored in Iran. (http://www.jandirk.com/eng/censorship.html)

Oops, something went wrong with my internet and it posted the same thing three times...

Blackwell's has good deals on both the Flowers and Morals of Vision pre-orders:

They're also selling Election Eve for only 52 pounds - the best deal I've seen on that book.

Yes, that's about what I paid (from Books etc, I think). You can now order the book from Amazon US via the amazon.co.uk website for £38 inc. delivery (which seems an odd state of affairs).

I finally cracked open the book this week and it doesn't disappoint.:)
