Moments before the camera was hanging over my shoulder where it could have very easily dropped to the pavement. As I got up from my chair, I let the camera strap slip through my hand, luckily tightening my grasp at the end before the camera hit the ground. [/FONT]
[FONT="]The threads don’t appear to be broken. Rather the thread on the end piece is ‘looped’ through the holes and not cut. The holes in the leather on the case itself are separate and show no wear. [/FONT]
