Leica 50 summilux pre asph PROBLEM?

Hi recently I bought a Leica 50 lux, second version. Had a filter on, and I tried to remove the filter. Instead, the lens detached from the barrel *too much force I guess

I was able to screw the lens back in. Is this normal ? Or should I be worried ? This also happened to my other 50 summilux v2.

And, when rescrewing the lens back in its barrel, do I need to follow any guidelines ? There are number etched in the barrel. I simply screwed it in till it cant be screwed anymore..

I guess you have a regular 43mm filter not E43 filter size made by Leica or B&W or Heliopan.

E43 pitch .75mm, "regular" 43mm pitch .5mm
If hood like XOOIM used all the time, it should have no problem to use "regular" filter.
