Leica 75mm Cron Vs 75mm Cosina Voigtlander

Any new info or photos on this lens?

I tested the VC and loved it. Sharp enough wide open, similar to the 75 Summarit wide open (I did not like) but with less contrast.

The ONLY thing that stopped me from buying is it's close focus of 1M. Otherwise its an absolute bargain with decent bokeh and very very smooth rendering without being 'too' low contrast.

Would love to own the Leica 75 Cron or even the Leica 75 Summarit, but I don't shoot at this focal length enough to justify the expense. I'm more of a wide-angle kind of guy.

I bought the CV 75/2.5, and I really like it. For the money it's a heck of a bargain.

Here is a test shot of the CV 75/2.5, using Neopan 1600. I really like the way the background dissolves into a beautifully fluid blur.

I have a Leica 75mm summarit and Hektor. Also I have the F1.8 and F2.5 Voightlander 75mm which I shoot quite often. I find it's a good focal length for me. This was shot with a M7 and the Heliar F1.8 version 75mm Voightlander. Kodak Portra 400 rated at 200. Costco developing and scanning. I'm sure I can pull the color out better if I scanned it myself.
