Leica CL and Lens Test

You might remember this scene I took with a 35mm lens where I had to stitch five frames together to make a proper panorama.

Not anymore. Just one take with the Super Wide-Heliar, and a little horizon fix in post process, and I've got the shot I wanted.

Using the Voigtlander 28mm f2, I stopped at the Peak Creek bridge just outside of Pulaski, VA. It's part of the New River Trail State Park made from an abandoned railroad right-of-way, and was a branch line of the Norfolk & Western Railway going to Fries, and Galax.


This is one of eight test photos I added today.

I recently purchased a CL and have a CV 35/2.5 LTM for now. But the CV 15 LTM is next on the list--actually, I saw a CV 12mm lens and almost got it. Lens and hood.
