Leica Hektor 13.5cm 4.5 LTM lens images - post yours

I love mine; I usually use it on a IIIf or IIIg, because the rangefinder on the M240 isn't quite up to scratch for focusing a 135/4.5 wide open, annoyingly. Having a nice viewfinder helps. I need to clean the haze out of it, though. Because of the haze, I typically reach for my Canon 135/3.5 - but that is a much heavier lens, takes Series filters instead of the more common E39 ones of the Hektor, and seems especially poor at long-distance work for some reason. The Hektor does a much better job at landscapes, even with the haze.

It's quite nice on a Visoflex, too:

I used the lens head of my 135mm Hektor with my Visoflex II with excellent results. The great photos in this thread remind me that I should get it out again.

My Hektor had limited use on my M6 (when I still shot film) due to its condition. Bought at a garage sale for $35 IIRC. Pretty hazy, dusty, gunky and fugus infested I discovered. But these beautiful photos intrigue me and I just ordered one from the Leica Store SF that looks to be in great shape. I'll use it on Nikon Z bodies.
