Leica IIc sticky shutter only in one setting

Hello everyone
I have a 1948 Leica IIc which has a slight problem with the shutter. 1/30 operates alike the B setting. I did remove the outer case and added a few drops of acetone near the speed dial. Now having the camera set upside down for a few minutes the drying time expired so I tried that setting which worked for one day and now it is hanging up working like the B setting again. I suppose the top needs to be removed for inspection or just gat this CLA'd. Any other suggestions are welcomed Thanks, Frank

Eeek, as an organic chemist who uses acetone almost every day, I wouldn't put it anywhere near any camera mechanisms and, in particular, have any risk at all of it coming into contact with the rubberised cloth shutter or the "glue" holding the shutter tapes to the mechanism. I'd be amazed if it wouldn't damage the black paint/coating inside the camera body too. Acetone might be usable for cleaning some metal parts after they've been removed but that's the limit. My one suggestion at this stage, would be to not tell any professional camera repairer that acetone's been anywhere near it, when asking them to repair it, as they'll probably refuse to work on it!

Try tensioning the 1st shutter curtain a little bit and tension the 2nd shutter curtain a trifle hair less than a little bit and see how that goes.
