Leica III - light leak?

Oh, sorry, way back on page 1, I think - I mentioned that my IIIc had a light leak between the body and the crate (or did I just imagine that?). Not trying to be clever, honest, apoligies if that's how it sounded.

No worries - I thought you were referring to the flash socket, which after you mentioned it was the first thing I asked Steve about. He said "no" to that, but immediately found these other, tiny, miniscule cracks that may have reared their heads only in bright light or depending on hand-position, which is why the original owner may have not noticed.

Don't apologize, I completely took all the suggestions/theories y'all made to Steve when I went yesterday.

I'm hoping to develop the next test roll today, so cross some fingers and say a prayer for me and my III...
