I have my beautiful Leica IIf that I got serviced. Now it's working flawlessly and is way to beautiful to leave the house naked.
I checked Luigi's, indeed wonderful pieces of craftmanship, but way too expensive for my student budget. From that point, what are options?
Thanks,

Probably your best bet is an original, maybe with a replacement strap.

Watch that step!
Yes, I go with originals, often the really beatup cases make the best ones too.....while the tops almost always fall off from loose or missing stiching
I just remove it and reinforce the old neck strap with electrical tape and that makes the perfect half case, who cares how krazy it looks, number one is that it works well

I have a IIIf case which you can have for P&P costs, a few loose stiches on the lens covering dome but nothing major and you can just forget the annoying top and use the bottom as a half case instead.
