Has anyone received an invite to a Leica M 8 tips session in London , Leica Akademie on 23 /24 / 30 April and 1st May ?
I have booked am on 24 April , but have no proper Leica lense .
OOPS ! Do I take the Elmar and Summitar , or chance the Voight 35 F 2.5 Classic ?
Should be interesting , but I am way outside my comfort zone here - far too inconsistent to be a proper photographer - and the ASdee doesn't help either .

I bought an M8 last month and had a letter from Leica UK with an invitation to attend one of these sessions. As my London office is just off Jermyn St I accepted and will attending on 30th April. I hope they have plenty of lenses to try out and am looking forward to it.

I'm going on Wed 30th. Hope they have some nice Leica glass to play with and try. Leaving the credit at home, Richard Caplan's shop just around the corner from the venue and I am not strong

I really want to buy a 35 lux and I'm so hoping that they don't have one there or I just can't be held responsible for my actions!
