Leica M Diopter Mount with astigmatism ring

Just lost my custom diopter today, only to discover that Leica no longer manufactures the custom diopter mount with a ring to rotate the lense to adjust for astigmatism. If anyone has such a mount that they no longer need, I would be very grateful if they would contact me.
