Wonderful photographs Dave
Allen, thanks. It's a nice feeling to shoot again with the RF. None of my other cameras have this kind of experience. Season's greetings to you.
This must be inside a theater or something... and lowlight.
Superb shots, xdayv. I enjoyed them all, but - for me - the hammock wins...![]()
Thank you. Yes, the last one is my fav too.

Yes its very low light at a graduation in an old theater. If I remember it was 6400 ISO 1/45 at f/1.4

Kind of a fun sequence, Vince, as I looked from one to the next I started thinking there were lots of opportunities for a speeding truck to go off the road. Then maybe it did... And it looked like you got lost out there among the farm roads in the misty frosty cold, and turned around. Follow the geese south?Shot from a speeding truck....

Was definitely a sense of being lost, plus a bit cold and lonesome feeling. Rural Oklahoma covered in snow and ice, two days ago.

The best camera is one that still works!
I had a look to see if a Monochrom was available currently in Oz ... two sellers claim to have the camera in stock. One is asking over ten grand and the other over eleven.
Justification for this is evading me ... I'll crawl back into my hole now!

All, some very nice pictures here.
Good to see you shooting again Dave too. I hope things are getting somewhat better, even though I#m sur eit will take time for 'normal' to return.
A couple from the few moments I#ve held a camera in recent weeks.
