MM 50mm Summicron

While I was getting my haircut this afternoon, I spied these two getting out from the rain for a smoke.

Great shots all around guys. Nice to see this thread being kept alive!

Pushing the darkness quotient a bit here while photographing at our Canadian property -- my 35/2 V1 Summicron displays a very interesting character wide open. That vignetting is as shot at f/2.

I've found that placing the subject more or less in the center pretty much guarantees it to be tack sharp at f/2.

The craziest photo I've ever taken, but I like it a lot. The clearest water I've ever seen, with beautiful reflections. M9M with 7Artisans 50mm f/1.1. No editing other than the slightest increase in exposure.

This was shot with an M9M with a CV 35mm 2.5 M mount.

I was driving north on highway 99W north of Corvallis, OR.

Shot it out of the passenger window.

Nice one Allen -- very clever!

Just got my 12.5cm f/2.5 Hektor back from Frank Marshman -- I replaced the rear element with one that didn't look like it had been cleaned with steel wool, and consequently needed the infinity focus readjusted.

Yeah I'd say we got it dialed in now :)
