This is beautiful Vince, can you tell me a little more about lens, rough aperture and if this was with the MM or 246?
I use that sort of angle both from above like you have, and below, quite often in my portraits.

Wonderful work Vince and yes I agree about out of this world stuff happening in NM. The light there is just amazing.
Hamburg exhibit. All the images in the exhibit were shot with the MM and 35 Summilux FLE.

A few photos from the opening. It was quite humbling. The US Consul General Rick Yoneoka spoke as well as several others. Professor Achilles is in the photo below.

Thanks Marty - shot with the 246, ISO 640, and I was using my Canon 85/1.5 (that big heavy LTM lens) at between f/2 and f/2.8.

24 were 8X12 and 5 were 11X17. I pinted them here. Ink jet prints on Moab Lasal Luster. They(in Hamburg) had the frames. I sent them the prints and they matted them and framed them.
It would have been way to expensive to send matted prints. It was expensive to send just the prints. The show and my travel were all underwritten.
My last exhibit here in Chicago (last June) the prints were all 12 X 18 in 20 X 24 frames. That is the way I would prefer it to have been but the gift horse and all that. But it all turned out great.

Just got a super-duper Leica accessory in the mail today and of course tested it out on my loving wifey:

I'm using my 65mm f/3.5 Elmar, but instead of the standard Visoflex III, I just picked up a Camcraft Z-Housing made by Norman Goldberg (Don's father). He made 10 or less of this version of the Visoflex with the Pellix mirror back in the 1960's. An amazing device, and it doesn't seem like there's any image degradation (though I should probably do a side-by-side test to fully compare).

I do not go oft through this thread because ...I do not need another camera and this thread could be dangerous !
But I have to say that when I visit this thread I find beautiful images, strong and interesting both form the pure visual aesthetic and the content.
