Leica M - Post your Portraits

Москва-воронеж х**н догонишь...

I don't really like nokton 1.4... Don't know why...

This is my first 35 that I use on daily (I mean, more often than anything else) basis.
I lived with 50 for few years and now 35 looks very refreshing to me. It was an experiment to go wider, and now I would like to go even more wide, though there are certain problems with viewfinder (to the hell with external viewfinders).

I cannot compare nokton 35/1.4 to any other 35 BUT I really like it (except that it looks like a toy, but that's more of a шашечки или ехать question).

While posed, studio work is nice, the informal style seems to be the trend nowdays (like what's shown above). A fast 50mm to 75 or 90mm will work well.

These are great shots. They make me want to run out and practice.

A lady from Kiev.

#1 -I am not sure if I got this one right. The skirt is kind of lifeless... I find it hard to photograph white dresses.

Marek, I like your second photo, the one with the seated man. There is so much there of interest, and to wonder about. The liquor, the pictures, camera, suitcase, etc. And of course the woman’s figure and the comparative arm positions of the two. Even that the woman’s head is excluded relates to two of the pictures on the wall. It is ordinary, yet more.

johnastovall - Nice photo!.. Really emotional...

simonSE15 - It's Volodimir.
What hard work?.. Doing or looking after?..;)
