Leica M4-P ASA Dial Delete?

Hi, yes, another one of these posts. I wanted to know if anyone knows if removing the ASA dial on the M4-P is as simple as it is to remove the red Leica logo in the front (which is simply glued on.) The asa reminder doesn't seem to serve any real purpose except for display. It doesn't even twist like the M2 or M3 asa reminder. So, I'm wondering if I can remove it.

I believe it's just a sticker on the back, so just remove it and stick something else?

That's what I thought. I intended to order from Cameraleather. He has an option for the M4-P to omit the hole for the asa reminder.
