For all of the *******ized M5 users out there: Has anyone figured out a good way to knock up a grip for their camera?

Ive seen some rapid grips that have been filed away, but I'm not that keen on blowing a whole pile of money on a grip I'll have to fiddle with.

I carry mine in my left hand with A&A strap in a full hitch around my wrist. Very comfortable. Is yours three lug? Are you going strapless? If not are you going for a grip for the right hand? The closest I've come to being tempted to use a grip is with the M9. But I just don't like add-ons.

Mine's a 3 lug, I normally strap (I just use the original Leica strap) it vertically over my chest bandolier style so it isn't seen until I swing it up and shoot, then I let it sit almost hidden by my left hip.

I just feel that the M5 would be so much more comfortable if I had a little extra grip with my right hand.

225 feels like a lot to fork out and i assumed there would be plenty of diy jobs on the net so I could try before I invested in the real thing, but it seems that everyone just buys one from Tom.
