Leica Problem

Hi, I recently encountered a problem. Its not consistent throughout the roll though. Some rolls, none.



Half exposed.. Half black..

Curtain problem ? Anyway I have sent my Leica to a repair guy, for a CLA.

same thing happened to my m2. Seemed to affect the faster speeds, but gradually gets worse I'm told. The sprocket hole fogging wasn't something I noticed though - maybe part of the same thing? Haven't sent mine to be CLAd yet.

Wow, doesn't have the distinct edges for capping. I am guessing massive but weird light leak.
