Hi recently I purchased a Leica R4 in amazing condition in order to sell on eBay for profit. However the 1/15th sec shutter speed works like time mode as when shot at that speed it just stays open until that speed is changed. Upon calling a technican he said it might be a problem with a track but the quote was £60. Does anyone know where I could get it done cheaper as I need it in between 30-40 for me to make a profit. I'm in the UK by the way.
