It is! Well done! I was there for a conference recently.

I used to work in Queens Tower B and spend many lunch times in that park. I used the wind turbine and chimneys in the distance as rangefinder adjustment targets so they look very familiar

I am a current JET, on my final year. I was there for the leavers conference. I am based on an island of the coast of Nagasaki (some photos from my island here).

Where were you a CIR? Are you still working in Japan? I'm currently looking for jobs in Tokyo.
