I am wondering if anyone has seen a Leica with a y wax seal, and if so who did the repair work?

I dont know. My M3 has a 69 number, cant find where it comes from..

My M3 has a wax seal with 92 in it. DAG fixed it back then and it has been wonderful ever since. My early M6's have no number. I'm not sure when Leica stopped doing it. Joe

Leica stopped the wax seal practice in 1981.
