I sent an email to Luigi via his website on May 24th, then again on June 14th. I have not had any response. Is this normal? I know he is on top of things by reading posts on this forum and gets rave reviews for his customer service.......but where is a response? I checked my spam, and there is nothing there. Is he on vacation? I am really thinking of one of his cases, but want some questions answered before I spend so much $$.

Is there some other email link?- as I said I've sent 2 emails to him (one month ago, and again 2 weeks ago)

You should check to be sure your email provider isn't filtering out his replies or check in any spam folders to see of you just missed his responses.

I think Ron may be right, a couple of months ago I contacted him and he has been very polite and quick, he answered a little late only to 1 mail. I think because he get tons of mails daily. be patience and try to contact him again. I had a very good impression of him (and this not because we're both italians😉 ).
