Lens Case Suggestions?

Afternoon everyone,
I was looking on Stephen Gandy's web site for a lens case for my CV 50/1.5 Nokton. Stephen notes that neither of the CV cases fits that particular lens.

Does anyone out there have a suggestion for a lens case?

i don't normally use them.

try your local camera store and look for small optech cases.

i have one that fits the cl w/ lens perfectly, but they do come in various sizes.

Lens wraps are padded and versatile fiting 4x5 viewcamra lens on boards to your size.

Sometimes I use the M coupling ring for two lenses and just roll them up.

A camera in my carry to work bag gets a Crown Royal Canadian whisky bag inside a lens wrap. Super soft with sufficient padding.

For very light duty, just sew a pouch from an old flannel sheet or shirt. Minimal space used, minimal cost, but less protection. Just fine for inside a camera bag and I highly recommend them.

Max protection with the most bulk is an old hard leather case. Scrounge from camera stores or photo flea markets.

hee hee buy another camera body for it, it deserves one. Problem solved.

Kent, don't use a leather case. Find an inexpensive pouch or wrap on eBay. I use Fuji film pouches.
