Lens Hood for 35mm Summicron 1:2 4th Version

Does anybody know if the square lens hood is still available, and what is the item number?

(referring to the Leica 35mm Summicron 1:2, fourth version)

Hood is #12524. I don't know the # for the hood cap but be aware that it falls off the moment you turn your back.

I don't know, but I doubt it is still available new - perhaps try Ebay for a used one, or leave the hood off - I find it not particularly needed for that lens.

Popflash.foto has both the hood and the cover.
They shipped to the Netherlands where I live, so it's even easier for you in the states.

KEH has a 12524 hood for sale at the moment. This item also comes up for sale in the Classifieds here every now and then. That's how I got mine.
