Where do I get a vented lens hood for an Industar 61?

I'm using a 40.5mm vented lens hood I found off eBay...

There's an eBay seller (Heavystar) that has sells a lot of different hoods, including vented ones. They're reasonably priced and work very well.

american_eagle sells the same hoods. Have bought from both without problems.
