Lens price question

I am wondering what fair market value would be for a Leica 21mm f3.4*with finder in good condition. Any help would be appreciated.

Well that's a classic lens which has a mystique. Depending on what ''good" means specifically in terms of cleaning marks, marks on the shaft or rings, etc., and how late towards 2.9M the SN. is, I'd think the price point anywhere from 1,100 to 1,900 USD. I know that's quite a range, but check Dan's site and eBay; that's what I did very quickly to get a sense of this lens; the specimens seem to range widely in terms of condition. But remember it is a lens with a mystique; and that translates into loonies for you, especially if 'good' condition means no optical markings 😉 Good luck with the sale!
