Just a thought .
I have all the lenses I need to use with my venerable Minolta SRTs / XD 7 .
Contax / Kiev are purely for the deelight in using .
Others promted a 50mm F 1.5 , but , for me a collapsible Sonnar [ from a $100 broken Conatax III has transformed a KNeB II [ with case ] into a far more enjoyable camera...and I love the look of the lens .
I would use my Helios 50 f 1.8 for the fractional extra speed and more modern look , but the Sonnar really suits me .
Convenience over speed which I seldom need [ and several perferctly good Jupiter 8s ] is my priority .

I like the F2 Sonnar, but end up using the F1.5 more often. It is overall sharper, and a bit higher contrast.
Now really sharp+contrast, convert an I61L/D to Contax mount. The optics module fits well into the Collapsible mount left from the 5cm f2 Sonnar made into LTM.
