so finally I try alcohol rubbing with microfiber sheets 4 new of them, they create the same sticky white dust particles that air cannot blow out and the brush redistributes them to smudges
I then try the same thing with the q tip and it even makes more dust particles that stick on to the lens oh and by the way i got like 30 scratches on my new lens.
jesus last time I am buying a new voigtlander lens
Going to nippon tommorow and asking them to clean the lens, and hopefully remove the scratches probably gonna cost 300 dollars.
shoulda a bought a used early summilux.
and 700 dollars was all i can pay for a lens. im probably lenseless for a while , great

I've had really good luck with the Kinetronics scanner glass cleaning kit (ymmv). It works for my scanner and lens glass as well, but I'm convinced no solution is perfect.

I have used ROR for my lenses and it is very very effective.
You'll only need a few drops.

It was invented by Nasa!

Here's the procedure I clean my lenses:
1. Brush the surface for any dust particle.
2. Breath on the surface and wipe with microfiber cloth.
3. If not clean, then apply pure isopropyl alcohol (isopropanol) with Q-tips. Let dry and then wipe again with microfiber cloth.
4. For softer glass types (like Summicron collapsible) use UVa or yellow filter all the time; they are to be cleaned only with brush.
Pure isopropyl alcohol (over 99.8%) is a very mild alcohol leaving no residue when evaporated and I get it for about $12/lt and use for all cleaning purposes, even the mechanical parts.
