So far, I like what I have been seeing in the a7 mod.. Given my main use for the a7 is universal back for legacy lenses..that include both rf and slr lenses as well as one fe lens (35f2.8), I still have around...I have a couple of questions
- how does the mod affect slr lenses
- any issues w/ fe lenses such as my 35f2.8 (this maybe only AF lens I get for this camera)

Hi Gary,

Any lens designed for film will be better, but as you get longer the difference is more slight.

The FE 35/2.8 (which I do not have), I hear is still very good but perhaps a tad less?

There is a big thread at FM with all the major players, including the guy who got it all going, I would post in there and see if anyone has the FE 35 (which is still the best 35 with the un-modded camera, but many de-centered copies.)
