Johans early Summilux is the rare version of the Summilux I with the different focusing grip. The difference is that on the normal version the higher parts of the grip are smooth and the lower parts knurled. On Johans version it is just the other way around.
The two colors of the "chrome" on this lens are normal. This lens is partially made of anodized aluminium and partially of chromed brass.

A 35/2.0 vs2 ? ... a table for experimental setups using precision optics ?

Hi, both correct. it's an "optical table" in our lab, which used to mount laser to measure fluid speed. the lens is 35/2 6 elements. And new acquired m2 w/o selftimer, I've been waiting it for so long.
