Has anyone seen the Ralph Gibson signature leica? Looks like it doesn't have a frameline preview lever like the earliest M3s. He likes not having anything in the way of his fingers while he shoots i guess. Is it possible to remove the self timer and preview levers from an M3 or M2 and still have a flat, flussh body (cover up the holes?)
If I coul do that to an M3 and swap out the frame counter for the M2's external frame counter and perhaps a .58 finder that might be a neat shooting iron......

the ralph gibson mp just has a round piece of red leather covering up the hole. i think aki asahi has a covering that doesn't cut out the circle in the first place.
