Hi Ron,

80$ for the parts while at Youxin for CLA and it took 10 days in total (shipping from Japan and back to Japan)

There are quite a few beautiful pics here of some extraordinary cameras, so let me offer you guys up my red headed bast&rd stepchild M3. Doesn't look so pretty, is developing a bad case of vulcanite dandruff, hasn't been cla'd since the sixties, and the lens I usually use goes against all that is sacred in Leicaworld (uncoated pre-war Zeiss Sonnar from a Contax adapted to Leica). I do enjoy it though. And the lens has phenomenal qualities.

Very nice set-up, sir, but covering up the M3 in that burka-like fashion is a big no no in my book . Would love a contax-to-leica sonnar, but I guess the new ZM will eventually have to do. I do see some flare though (actually it´s almost the first thing you look at ). Enjoyed your homepage.

love the look of the black tape on you camera Patrick! love the sample picture you showed us too! coating is a revolution but for color photography! every lens without haze and without coating are good for b&w imho
