Yes, I realy like the texture of the vulcanit over the standard MP covering. Its also a black chrome version with a classic Leica logo on the top plate.
Now I only have to buy a Summilux 50mm for it, anyone have one for sale

My "new" Leica M5 and Jupiter 8. Meter is busted up but it still works.
Photo with 7 year old 4 megapixel Canon A520 point and shoot. Who says you need a Leica to take a decent photo?

ever since I got my M2, I've wanted to get an M3. It's wierd, I know. looking through this thread doesn't help...
but someday I might swap my M2. and hopefully I won't regret it...

M8.2 with new favorite lens
- shot with Nikon 50 f1.8 AiS - what a great little gem of a lens - 60,-EUR, lightest and most compact fast 50 (huuuuge barrel distortion on close up, but that is, what Lr3 is for)!
This 1.8 lives now on my FM3a with ISO200 color film ;-)
