Let's see your Leica M

Here is a recent one from outside the music store Amoeba, in Hollywood California. I have been using my 28mm Elmarit a lot recently, I forgot how awesome 28mm can be.

Nice custom M4! I love those levers too, but I return to keep it stock, I prefer the originality in the end! But I love it when I used a custom M4.
Only the M6 eyepiece is not contradictory I think!

Hi guys, I got a M2 coming so Im excited to get some shots in here :)

Does anyone know a place in the US that does repaints? I got this camera for a steal and really am thinking black matte paint for it.

Thanks in advance

Edit: Said M2 came today, quick snap with a semi-cheapy lens until I decide whats living on it for long foreseeable future. :)

This body and lens where paired and matched at Leica Germany.
Bought on the way out after spending a day touring the facility back in 1991.

Just picked this up off of eBay, needs to be serviced but is in quite good cosmetic condition minus the vulcanite chipping off rather quickly..
Top plate is inscribed with a SSN and bottom plate has first initial and last name. Did a quick search and I think that the camera once belonged to a man that worked as a reported for a local paper and also as a photo editor for Nat Geo, pretty neat when cameras can come with a story.

Leica MA ;)

Not really. A M2, with an M4 viewfinder, and an M4 takeup spool. M3 lens guard. Tap & Dye strap and Camerealeather skin. Feels fantastic without the preview lever or self timer.
