I tend to use them both..

They can end up in my camera bag at the same time. I tend to use the GR for more everyday street, people shots as well as when I need better high iso and where the 28/35 fov feels right.

The dp2m for fine detail, still life, landscape shots and general b&w work.

It nice that they share the same battery.

I'm going to spend 12 days in Iran from the end of next week. The GR will be the only camera to join me. After a similar experience in Japan and on the Trans-Siberian trip last year (where I had only a GR1 and a GR), I'm sure I'm not going to miss my fancier but heavier Leica gear..

This thread is seriously tempting me. I'm trying to tell myself that the new Canon 28mm is currently cheaper than the GR, and direct my attention in that direction, but I keep casting covetous eyes at the GR haha.
 
My GF got me a used one from ebay for X'Mas and I think I'm going to like it a lot. Might get myself a 28mm viewfinder in Dec 🙂
